Social Media Analysis of Lotto

Lotto


Lotto is an international brand but it is more popular in Europe and Asia. They use Facebook and Twitter as social media to promote their brands. They don`t really post often on Facebook but they post like once in two days. They post about their latest products and about their brand.  They respond to their customer when necessary. For example a customer asked about Lotto`s store location and they sent her a link for help.


Lotto`s Twitter account uses the same content they post on Facebook. They uses hashtags like #lottosport to make the brand easy to be searched. They don’t have much followers on twitter which is the reason they have negligible retweets and likes.




Lotto is not a famous brand so it doesn’t has much users but they have a nice and reliable social media accounts.
